About AgbaWise
AgbaWise helps parents, grandparents and older relatives recognise scams before they lose money. Read a short lesson, then practise on messages and calls that look just like the real thing.
Why we made it
Every day, scammers reach older people by phone, text and WhatsApp. Many of the people they fool are careful and clever. The tricks are simply very good, and AI is making them better.
A few minutes of practice makes a real difference. So we made something a son, daughter or grandchild can send to the people they love.
The name comes from àgbà, the Yorùbá word for elder. In our families, elders are the wise ones. We want to help keep it that way.
